Summary: Responsible for supporting and coaching students before and after they take their PCA Skin certification exam, conduct follow-up calls to attendees after a class has been completed, answers technical questions regarding PCA Skin and their products and ensures that each student has a positive classroom experience.

Also makes confirmation calls and follow up calls with enrollees. The Certification Specialist educates accounts, attendees and clinicians on product knowledge, marketing advice and answering technical questions.
