Martha Rodriquez Hoffman, founder and CEO, has served as both an instructor and director of education of aesthetics for the International Academy of Aesthetics in Tempe, Arizona. She started her career owning a spa for 14 years in Boston and opened the market for a prestigious Parisian skin care line in Arizona. She was the first Spanish-speaking aesthetician in Arizona to receive her CIDESCO diploma in Aesthetics. CIDESCO is the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy. The organization has set standards that have been imitated over the 5 continents of the globe. Hoffman is a writer for the Spanish newspaper Prensa Hispana and also writes for Salon Plus magazine. She has appeared on Sonoran Living, Good Morning Arizona, as well as Fox TV discussing skin care and beauty techniques
Lacey Tirone, UAO's head of committees, is a licensed aesthetician who incorporates her passion to help others, knowledge in the medical and aesthetics field, as well as her background in sales to link members, sponsors, and charitable organization into win-win partnerships. She owns and operates Skin Care By Lacey located in the East Valley, and specializes in preventative skin care practices and collagen induction therapy. She is also the founder of Jeremiah Angels of Love, which provides a day of beauty to mothers who lost a son or daughter in the war while serving our country.
